  1. How long does it take to receive my order?
    Each piece is handmade to order and takes approximately 4-6 weeks to craft before shipping.

  2. Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location.

  3. Can I request a custom design?
    Absolutely! Get in touch to discuss your ideas, and we’ll see what’s possible.

  4. How will my jewellery be packaged?
    Your piece will arrive beautifully packaged in an eco-friendly gift box, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.

Hallmarking & Materials

  1. Is your silver hallmarked?
    Yes! Any silver piece that meets the legal weight requirement for hallmarking will be sent to an official UK Assay Office for stamping, ensuring its authenticity and quality.

  2. Do all pieces need to be hallmarked?
    In the UK, sterling silver pieces over 7.78g must be hallmarked by law. Lighter pieces do not require hallmarking but are still made with high-quality 925 sterling silver.

  3. Can I request hallmarking on a lighter piece?
    Yes! If you’d like your piece hallmarked regardless of weight, we can arrange this for an additional cost. Just let us know when placing your order.

Jewellery Care & Maintenance

  1. How should I care for my silver jewellery?
    Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. To keep it shiny, gently polish with a silver cloth and store it in an airtight bag when not in use. Or alternatively, a soft brush and soapy lukewarm water will work too!

  2. Can I wear my silver jewellery in water?
    It’s best to avoid wearing silver jewellery in water, especially in pools or hot tubs, as chlorine can cause tarnishing.

  3. How do I clean my amber jewellery?
    Clean amber with a soft cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. As this will damage the stone.

  4. Will my amber change color over time?
    Amber can deepen in color with age, which is a natural and beautiful process. Keep it away from harsh chemicals and excessive heat.

Sizing & Customization

  1. Where do you source your amber from?
    Our amber is ethically sourced from Caledonian Rock Shop in Glasgow ensuring authenticity and quality.

  2. How do I find my ring size?
    You can use a ring sizer or check an existing ring that fits well. Feel free to contact us for guidance!

  3. Do you offer ring resizing?
    Unfortunately, due to the design of the ring, resizing isn't possible. Please double-check your finger size before placing your order.

Returns & Repairs

  1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Since each piece is handmade, we don’t offer refunds on custom orders, but please reach out if you have any concerns.

  2. What if my jewellery needs a repair?
    If your piece gets damaged, we offer a repair service. Send us a message with details, and we’ll be happy to help!
